Since Russia’s invasion of Ukraine began two years ago, Canada has welcomed nearly 300,000 Ukrainians seeking to escape the conflict on emergency visas. But Sunday marked the last day for anyone who was granted those visas to arrive in Canada. Abigail Bimman reports.
