Guernsey, Sask., is being evacuated after a Canadian Pacific Railway train derailed. Roughly 80 residents are being evacuated to Lanigan after the CP freight train derailed just east of Guernsey around 6:15 a.m. Thursday. Flames and thick smoke could be seen at the scene by a Global News crew.
