Global News is proud to support 7 Summits Snowshoe Challenge For Skin Cancer!
Take on the 7 Summits Snowshoe Challenge For Skin Cancer virtually all throughout the month of February. Participants will commit to snowshoeing, biking, running, or skiing (at their own pace) the distance equal to the world’s 7 tallest summits, 43.29 KM! This challenge encourages all to get active in the winter to raise awareness and funds for Melanoma Canada.
Individuals who fundraise $250 will receive a free ticket to join Global News at 5:30 and 6 anchor Alan Carter for an unforgettable final 5 KM snowshoe experience on Sunday, March 3, 2024 at Hardwood Ski and Bike. Tickets are also available for purchase.
