Montreal Community Shout Out instructions
Community Shoutouts on Global News Morning give YOU a voice when it comes to your community event. It’s as simple as recording a video from your smartphone. ** You can add in details (images, text,…) if you are comfortable with editing, but do not worry if not!
Please send videos at least a week prior to your event.
Here are some guidelines
Videos to be sent to: Julie.Turcotte@globalnews.ca and Travis.Todd@globalnews.ca
Subject line: COMMUNITY EVENT (title of event)
Video duration: Please keep to 30 seconds or under
Video must be shot HORIZONTALLY (see pic)
After airing on Global News Morning, Community Shoutouts are uploaded to our website. You can view them by clicking here.
