Bees and the Bare Bones Bees and the Bare Bones are a duo out of Kamloops B.C Consisting of Madison Olds and Abbey Wale They rose to fame last summer on the CMT network when they won the Chevy tailgate contest . They have since done two trips to Nashville and recorded a couple of singles . Abbey and Madison are another example of the amazing talent available in our region . JayDee Bixby And finally our headliner JayDee Bixby is an Alberta boy who came inches away from winning Canadian idol 5 . He followed that up with three albums and a rigorous touring schedule before taking a break to raise his family . 5th Annual Kelowna Catch and Release Fishing DerbySaturday, July 17th on Okanagan Lake there will be hundreds of anglers trying to land the longest Rainbow Trout in Okanagan Lake. This is a unique derby as instead of having a weigh station, you will snap a photo of your catch against one of our custom rulers and text/email it into derby headquarters.
