SASKATOON – The Enchanted Forest opens to drive-thru traffic at the Saskatoon Forestry Farm Park and Zoo Saturday evening.

The 15th anniversary of the Enchanted Forest presented by BHP Billiton officially flicked the switch on Friday with the Saskatchewan Blue Cross Push to Play Light Walk event.

Admission is $8 per person or $30 per vehicle until Jan. 11, 2014.

Gates open every evening from 5:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. including Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, and Ukrainian Christmas Eve.

The Enchanted Forest will welcome its one millionth visitor this season and will reward him or her with a trip for two to Las Vegas.

Last holiday season 65,000 visitors took in the light display.
