Police are investigating after a triple shooting in Toronto on Sunday afternoon.
Officers and medics were called to a shooting near Morningside Avenue and Danzig Street around 3 p.m., police said.
Police initially said one victim with injuries was found and another person was arrested. Paramedics, however, told Global News they were taking three people to hospital.
At least one of the victims had serious injuries, medics said.
In a later update, police said three males were found with gunshot-related injuries. One was shot in the torso, and other two were shot in the leg, police said.
A gun had been recovered and two men are in custody, police added.
Investigators would not reveal if the two people involved in the shooting were part of the three people who were taken to hospital.
Police warned the public there would be a visible presence in the area but that there is no threat to public safety.
