A senior who was reported missing after recently travelling from B.C.’s Interior to the Lower Mainland has been found and is safe.
The Delta Police Department issued the missing report on Friday afternoon and requested the public’s help locating him.
A family member told Global News he likely returned to the Okanagan, where he lived, but did not have a cellphone.

On Friday night, at 10:50 p.m., Delta police issued an update, saying the missing man was safely located in Vernon.
“Thank you to all who assisted in locating him,” said police.
