OPP in the City of Kawartha Lakes are investigating after an individual was seriously injured after either falling from or being struck by a vehicle or off-road vehicle on Sunday night.
According to police, sometime between 6 p.m. and 10 p.m., a passenger suffered life-altering injuries in an incident that occurred in the area of Eldonia Road, Centennial Park Road and County Road 48 in Bolsover.

OPP say the vehicle involved failed to remain at the incident.
Police did not provide any other details about the incident.
