RPS explosives disposal unit recovers suspicious object

The Regina Police Service explosives disposal unit cleared an area following a report of a suspicious package in the 2100 Block of Osler Street which occurred mid-day Tuesday – Mar 14, 2023

The area in the 2100 Block of Osler Street which was blocked off early Tueday has been cleared.

The Regina Police Service (RPS) were investigating a suspicious object. They said no explosive materials were found in the item that was recovered.

No word was given about the nature of the package.

As Regina Police Service (RPS) was dealing with the incident, motorists and pedestrians were being redirected, but the area has since reopened.
