AHS says 19 cases of measles now confirmed in southern Alberta

Alberta Health Services says there have been 19 confirmed cases of measles in southern Alberta, including the Lethbridge area, but suspects there are many more cases that have gone unreported.

AHS says several homes are under quarantine.

The age of the patients ranges from four-years-old to 23.

None of the patients had received the measles vaccine.
