Anderson, 66, also inherits Reed’s jewelry, art, cars, boats and touring company as well as 75 per cent of his estate.
Upon Anderson’s death, the fortune will transfer to his sister Margaret Reed Weiner and her three children.
Weiner, 66, inherits one-quarter of the estate as well as a $500,000 bequest for the care of their 93-year-old mother Toby.
The singer’s business manager Robert Gotterer and accountant David Gotterer will be trustees of the estate and will oversee the licensing and copyrights of his music catalogue.
