Live blog: Mayor Rob Ford the day after police say they have alleged crack video

Reaction in and around Toronto City Hall continues to flow in following Thursday’s announcement by Toronto Police Chief Bill Blair that the police have recovered a video of Mayor Ford smoking what appears to be crack cocaine.
