Over the weekend, RCMP spoke to 300 people, knocking on doors for additional info. So far, 30 to 40 tips have been received from the public.

“Somebody knows something about who this person might be,” says Sgt. Peter Thiessen of the RCMP.

RCMP say they are using every means and avenue available to find the person responsible. They are still working on a composite sketch of the suspect.

Police are advising women to walk in pairs and groups, be aware of their surroundings, take routes that are well-lit and call ahead to friends before heading out.
