Police are investigating whether foul play was involved in a fire that gutted a vacant Vancouver home early Sunday morning.
Officials say the blaze broke out at the home on Rupert Street near 41st Avenue at around 1 a.m.
Neighbours say there have been two other fires this year at the same home, according to officials.
In March, a fire started in the basement and just two weeks after there was a fire on the back porch.
Officials say the home was boarded up and there was no sign of anyone living inside.
Investigators plan to interview neighbours Sunday morning.
