The provincial court judge heard evidence Monday that Dee requested young girls send him naked photos of themselves and threatened to distribute them online.

Dee was involved with two Okanagan girls who were as young as 11 and 12 when he was communicating with them on social networking sites.

He has been in custody for approximately 18 months and may get credit for time served.

The crown intends to ask for a two year sentence.
