TORONTO – Police have located an elderly woman who went missing Sunday morning.
Stella Nazar, 86, was last seen on September 22, at 11 a.m. in the Sheppard Avenue East and Birchmount Road area.

A command post was set up near the Agincourt Mall. Nazar was found near the Warden Avenue and Finch Avenue area Monday morning.
Authorities were concerned for her safety because she suffers from Alzheimers and dementia.
