The Los Angeles County coroner announced their findings today in the death of actress Britanny Murphy. According to CNN, the coroner determined her death was an accident caused by a combination of pneumonia, an iron deficiency and "multiple drug intoxication."
The L.A. coroner did not reveal which drugs were involved in Murphy’s death, but added that the official autopsy report would be available in the next two weeks.
Murphy was found unconscious in her shower on Dec. 21, and despite performing first aid, paramedics could not revive her. She was 32.
