Tom Anselmi resigns as COO of MLSE

TORONTO – Tom Anelsmi has resigned as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment (MLSE).

He joined the organization in 1996 and was responsible for the development of the Air Canada Centre, according to a press release issued by MLSE Friday afternoon. He was appointed COO in 2006.

“I’m very proud of our people and all that we’ve been able to accomplish,” Anselmi said. “I’m also excited about the next chapter of my career and wish the organization and our fans all the best for the coming season.”
