KELOWNA — A local dog is struggling to survive after being hit by a car on Hein Road in Rutland.
The Regional District of Central Okanagan is asking for your help to find his owner.

The poodle mix was wearing a white flea collar and black nylon collar, but isn’t licensed and doesn’t have a tattoo or microchip.
The dog desperately needs surgery to repair damage to his shoulder and side.
