CALGARY – Police have charged a 32-year-old man after a fatal motorcycle crash, earlier this year.
The crash on Sunday, May 26th killed 32-year-old Robert Enstrom, who sustained serious injuries when his bike collided with a cube van at the intersection of Tache Avenue and Centre Street North.

His 21-year-old passenger also suffered serious injuries, while the driver of the cube van was uninjured.
Police have now charged 32-year-old Ryan Shuba with failure to proceed safely.
He is scheduled to appear in court on September 25th.
