SASKATOON – A Saskatoon roofing company, Little Rainbow Roofing & Exteriors Inc., has pleaded guilty to two counts under the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations.
On August 16, 2011, occupational health officers observed two workers on a roof who were not in compliance with the OHS regulations.

The ministry of labour relations and workplace safety says the Saskatoon roofing company failed to ensure that all work at the site was sufficiently supervised and also failed to ensure workers used proper protective headwear.
The company was fined $480 in provincial court on August 14.
Two other charges were stayed.
