WATCH: Rescue group reclaims adopted dog without warning

A Surrey woman is fighting back after her dog, Cassidy, was reclaimed by the rescue group she and her husband adopted it from four years ago.

The couple promised at the time the dog would be an inside pet but he’s nearing the end of his life, has arthritis and prefers to sit in the cool shade outside.

Apparently, that was enough of a problem that the German Shepherd Rescue Association came back and took the dog away, without any warning.
