NIAGARA FALLS, Ont. – Niagara Parks police say they’ve stopped plans for a stunt involving kayaks on the Canadian side of Niagara Falls.

Police say the stunt planned for one or two kayakers to go over part of the Horseshoe Falls.
Police say without written permission from the Niagara Parks Commission, a stunt can result in a fine up to $10,000.
