It was a busy night for Calgary police on Saturday.

Officers responded to three stabbings, in two separate incidents in our city.

Around 10:30 p.m. on Saturday, witnesses called 9-1-1 after seeing a man, suffering from multiple stab wounds, collapse in the parking lot of a doughnut shop in the southeast community of Forest Lawn.

The victim was rushed to the Foothills Medical Centre, where he underwent life-saving surgery.

She is described as being between 5’8″ to 5’10” tall and goes by the nickname “Kitty”. She was last seen wearing a pink hoody and black pants.

Earlier Saturday evening, police were called to the northeast community of Abbeydale after a brawl broke out between two households.
