My favourite interview… The “Sexiest Man Alive” Hugh Jackman knocked my socks off, and Queen Latifah was an inspiration.

My celeb crush is… Currently it’s the wonderfully cute Jake Gyllenhaal and the incredibly sexy Penelope Cruz. But I update my crushes weekly.

Best movie or TV show of all time… It’s a tie between the John Hughes classic Sixteen Candles and HBO’s Six Feet Under.

Insider tip… Wear comfortable shoes. Unfortunately, I can’t always practise what I preach.

Proudest moment… Completing my first triathlon without stopping!

Most embarrassing moment… Meeting my husband’s family for the first time was horrific. I was late for Christmas dinner and while attempting to explain why, I fell off a bar stool and landed in the dog bowl. I still haven’t recovered.

In my spare time I love to… Travel, play outside, and cook delicious feasts for good friends and family.

In 20 years I’ll be… In my 50s running a beachside “Shrimp Shack” with a worn out old sign that reads “Gone Surfing”.
