All eastbound lanes of the Gardiner Expressway have been shut down at the York-Bay-Yonge exit after a dump truck collided with a tractor-trailer spilling diesel onto the road. One westbound lane is also closed. There are also two left lanes closed below on the Lakeshore.
The cleanup is expected to reopen before 4 pm
