Video: Pilgrims arriving in Santiago de Compostela held a minute’s silence on in honour of the victims of Wednesday’s train crash

TORONTO –  Memorial services  are being planned for the victims of Wednesday’s deadly train derailment in northwestern Spain.

Police are now waiting to question the driver of the train that killed at least 78 people.

At least 90 people still remain hospitalized.

The driver is under police guard in hospital, where he’s being treated for minor injuries.

Reports say the train was doing more than double the speed limit when it rounded a bend and jumped the tracks.
