Highway 99 partially reopened between Pemberton and Lillooet after motorcycle crash

A stretch of Highway 99 between Pemberton and Lillooet has partially reopened after it was completely closed Wednesday afternoon due to what RCMP called a “serious motorcycle incident.”

DriveBC tweeted late Wednesday night that Highway 99 re-opened to single lane, alternating traffic 25 km north of Pemberton where the collision occurred.

Mounties reported the incident shortly before 5 p.m.

It was not immediately clear how many vehicles were involved or how seriously anyone was injured.

DriveBC reported the incidet between Lil’wat Place and Seton Lake Road, about 27 kilometres north of Pemberton.
