Weekdays, Angela teams up with Bruce McAllister to anchor the Global Calgary Morning News.

Born in Eastend, Saskatchewan and growing up in Swift Current. Angela decided to venture west to Alberta, were she completed her post secondary education in Broadcasting at S.A.I.T.

Beginning her career at a radio station in Nanaimo, British Columbia (CHUB Radio), Angela decided to change gears and explore television. Angela has been involved in Calgary’s broadcasting community for almost twenty years. For ten years she’s been the “roving reporter” for the Global News Morning Edition.

Angela also admits that her favorite time of the day is definitely not 3:00 am when she wakes up, but more like 4:00 pm when her kids are home and she can share time with them.
