Winnipeg police say they have arrested a man who is accused of luring a child online.

Police said the Internet Child Exploitation Unit started investigating the 29-year-old man, who was pretending to be a 14-year-old boy online, on June 25.

The man was in contact with the victim, who was under 14, for about a month. When the victim’s parents found out about the messages, they called police.
