DARTMOUTH, N.S. — Halifax police arrested and charged two young men after an HRP cruiser was robbed early Thursday morning.

Several police and RCMP were called in to find the suspects and two men, aged 22 and 19, were arrested within 30 minutes. With the help of police dogs, the missing briefcase was also found.
