Housing prices soar in Regina in past 10 years

In 2000 the average house price in Regina was $94,518 while in 2010 it was up to $258,023, This according to The RE/MAX housing barometer report which showed the sales to new listing ratios for 18 Canadian cities for the last 10 years.

The findings were that the average cities housing market rose 6.82 percent; while here in Regina we rose to 9.56 percent, the highest increase in the country, while Saskatoon’s housing market came up to 9.20 percent.
