After days of trying to track down a dog in Abbotsford who was seen by multiple people and appeared to have its mouth taped shut – it turns out that wasn’t the case.

When she got closer, she realized what looked like tape on its muzzle was actually a traditional plastic muzzle.

The owner of the dog was there and confirmed its dog was not abandoned, just off-leash and given lots of freedom to roam.
