It will cost Regina residents a bit more to dispose of items at the landfill in 2011.
The price to dispose of garbage, mixed asphalt and concrete will increase $5 to $45 per tonne. Loads containing only asphalt shingles will increase to $25 and loads of asphalt shingles mixed with other refuse will increase to $45.
Refrigerant removal will be $5 per item in 2011.
Anyone driving private vehicles to dispose of garbage will be charged $10, a $5 increase from last year.
