Kids from Regina’s core community were treated to a special holiday party Tuesday.
A holiday meal was supplied to hundreds of kids by Regina Inn staff and served by the Regina Police Service, Fire Department and members of the Saskatchewan Roughriders.
Organizers want to make sure all kids have a memorable holiday season.
“The kids get a Christmas meal that maybe not all of them would be able to have at home,” Deputy Chief Bob Morin from the RPS said. “I think it’s a sense of Christmas, a sense of community and a sense of well being.”
