Author, illustrator Mike Boldt speaks about his new book 1 2 3 versus A B C. Global News

Audreys Books is launching 123 versus ABC Saturday. This book is the creation of local author, illustrator Mike Boldt.

MAKE SOMETHING YEG- Over 100 Edmontonians are coming together Saturday to find unique ways to share Edmonton’s story. The event called July Brand Camp is part of Make Something Edmonton. Shane speaks with co-chair Todd Babiak about the event.

EPS SAFETY FAIR- West division police officers will be connecting with Edmontonians at their annual Safety Fair Saturday. Cst. John Sorenson joins the Morning News to talk about the fair.

BENEFIT CONCERT- To support the southern Alberta reserves affected by the recent flooding, recording artists have gathered together to lend support by donating their talents to raise much needed funds. Darlene Olson stops by to talk about the event.

STREET FEST- Over 1,500 musicians, jugglers, acrobats and unicyclists will be performing at Sir Winston Churchill Square over the next nine days for the Edmonton International Street Performers Festival. Artistic Producer Shelley Switzer and performer Karl Saliter stop by to talk about the festival.

SCARS- Alison Foxford from the Second Chance Animal Rescue Society is back with two dogs up for adoption this week.
