Edmonton Oilers unveil 2013-2014 pre-season schedule

Edmonton – The Edmonton Oilers will kick-off their 35th NHL season with eight pre-season games, with half of the games being played at Rexall Place.

The Oilers will open the pre-season on September 14 against the Calgary Flames with split squads facing off in both Edmonton and Calgary.

Edmonton’s pre-season schedule will also include two games against both the Winnipeg Jets and the Vancouver Canucks.

Saturday, Sept. 14 vs. Calgary Flames, Rexall Place, 8:00 p.m. (Split Squad)
Saturday, Sept. 14 @ Calgary Flames, Scotiabank Saddledome, 7:00 p.m. (Split Squad)
Tuesday, Sept. 17 @ Winnipeg Jets, MTS Centre, 6:00 p.m.
Wednesday, Sept. 18 @ Vancouver Canucks, Rogers Arena, 8:00 p.m.
Saturday, Sept. 21 vs. Vancouver Canucks, Rexall Place, 8:00 p.m.
Monday, Sept. 23 vs. Winnipeg Jets, Rexall Place, 7:30 p.m.
Tuesday, Sept. 24 vs. New York Rangers, Rexall Place, 7:30 p.m.
Friday, Sept. 27 vs. Dallas Stars, Cox Convention Center (OKC), 6:00 p.m.
