Woman living ‘transient lifestyle’ found after being reported missing in Saskatoon: police

A 37-year-old woman who was the subject of a missing person investigation by Saskatoon police has been located.

Jacquelyn Lynette Hawkes last communicated with her family in December 2019, according to a police release on Monday.

Her family said they believed she may be in a vulnerable state.

Police said Hawkes is known to live a “transient” lifestyle on the Prairies, specifically between Sherwood Park, Alta., Saskatoon and Swan River, Man.

On Wednesday morning, police said Hawkes had been located in Saskatoon and was found safe.

No other details have been released by police.
