1 pizza crust
1 3/4 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
2 cups roast chicken or chicken breasts, sliced
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
1 cup frozen corn kernels, thawed, drained
6 Tb fresh cilantro, chopped
1 large jalapeño chilies, cut into thin rounds, seeded
1 – 1 1/2 cup fresh salsa, drained
Preheat to 425°F.
Place crust on baking sheet.
Sprinkle 1 cup cheese, chicken slices and cumin over crust.
Top with salsa, corn, cilantro, onion , jalapenos, cheese
Bake pizza until crust is crisp and topping is heated through, about 15 – 20 minutes.
