1 can condensed milk
1 cup whipping cream
1 cup milk
1 cinnamon stick
2 tsp vanilla
1) Place a medium sized saucepan over medium heat and cook the condensed milk, stirring until dark brown. Remove from stove
2) Place another saucepan on medium-low heat, bring cream, milk and the cinnamon stick to a simmer. Remove the cinnamon stick
3) Pour the condensed milk into a bowl, slowly whisk in the cream mixture. Whisk in the vanilla.
4) Refrigerate over night
5) Stir the cream mixture the next day. Put into a home gelato maker and freezer to manufacturer’s instructions.
