Chocolate Banana Brownies

There is quite a lot of fruit in these easy brownies – bananas, prune purée and dried cherries. They combine amazingly well to make a rich and chewy brownie that both kids and adults will love. Use dark European chocolate that has a high amount of cocoa solids in it — 60 to 70 per cent for a rich dark taste.
