TORONTO – The OPP are investigating after a dump truck lost control on the westbound Hwy. 407 near Bathurst St. Saturday morning and crashed into the median.

Police say the driver of the dump truck was killed in the crash. No other vehicles were involved in the accident.
Westbound Hwy. 407 will remain closed from Yonge St. to Bathurst St until around 4 p.m. as the investigation continues. Two eastbound lanes are also closed as crews make repairs to a light post.
