The third victim in Friday’s plane crash was identified Monday.

James Dubarry, 42, of Edmonton was killed when the Cirrus Aircraft crashed near Sundre.

The Transportation Safety Board has ruled out weather as a factor of the crash, and will now look at human or mechanical error.

Dubbary’s brother-in-law Nemer Fayad said "he lived life passionately and one of his passions was flying. He flew since he was 17 and just last weekend he was talking about purchasing this little plane with all these dynamic features and he finally purchased it, he was ready to deliver it home on Friday and it ended up being his last flight."

Dubbary leaves behind a wife and son.

The other two victims of the crash were Steve Brosseau, 43, of Spruce Grove, and Chuck Matson of Calgary.
