The man who allegedly sexually assaulted a woman in her own home during a July 2009 house party has turned himself into police.
33 year old Daniel Marc Desilets turned himself into police on Tuesday after photos of him were released to the media and a public call made for information about his where-abouts.
Police say 20 tips were called into EPS Communications Section and Crime Stoppers in the case before Desilets turned himself in.
Desilets has been charged with one count of sexual assault. He has been released on promise to appear.
