Gallery: Missing and murdered women in B.C.

RCMP say Bobby Jack Fowler – an American career criminal with multiple convictions for attempted murder, sexual assault, kidnapping and firearms offences – is responsible for the 1974 murder of a 16-year-old B.C. girl, and may be connected to other unsolved murders on the “Highway of Tears.”  He was a transient and often traveled between states and across the U.S.-Canada border.  Here is a look at British Columbia’s missing and murdered women.
