Beating cancer with hope

He’s using pedal power to empower people living with cancer.  German native Randolph Westphal is cycling through the Okanagan as he embarks on a world tour to spread a message of hope.  The 55-year old man was diagnosed with an aggressive form of skin cancer and given a year to live.  That,  however, was 26 years ago and he’s still beating the odds.  Westphal has had 28 cancer related surgeries since his 1987 diagnosis.  Today— his cancer is in remission and his life mission is to inspire others to never give up.  For more information about his journey go to his website at www.randolph-westphal.de
