SASKATOON – Pre-sweeping of some city streets in Saskatoon is underway.
High-traffic streets that were heavily sanded and salted will be swept prior to the start of the full residential street sweeping program.
No advance notice will be given to residents to move their vehicles on those streets. Sweepers will instead go around any vehicles that are parked.
Those streets will then be cleaned again when the neighbourhood program starts on May 6.
