Police are investigating the death of a 30-year-old woman in Orillia.
Orillia OPP say on Tuesday just before 2 p.m., officers received a report from Simcoe County paramedics that a deceased person had been located outside of a home on Harvey Street.

Police say officers attended the scene and located the woman.
Officers say 30-year-old Sydney Whiteye from Orillia was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Police are now looking to establish a timeline of events leading up to the woman’s death.
Officers are urging anyone who had contact with Whiteye in the last three days, or who may have information to contact OPP at 705-326-3536 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
