Regina man facing charges after break-in at Heritage neigbhourhood home

The Regina Police Service is looking for help from the public in locating a maroon-coloured Nissan that was driving 183 km/h in a construction zone. The incident occurred at around 8:30 p.m. on Sunday at Ring Road and Wascana Parkway.

A Regina man, 44, has been charged with breaking into a home Thursday.

The Regina Police Service said the break and enter happened in the 2300 block of Montreal Street at about 8:30 a.m.

A person inside the home called police when he heard the suspect enter the residence, police said.

According to police, the suspect allegedly stole items from the home before leaving.

Police said they tracked down the suspect and found the alleged stolen items along with a bladed weapon.

Brian Albert Edward Jolley is facing charges of break and entering, carrying a concealed weapon, and two counts of possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000.

Jolly appeared in provincial court on Jan. 25.
